The healing bath program “Seven Sweats” is not named by chance. It includes seven sessions in the steam room and gradual deep cleansing and recovery of all body systems using the ancient practices of our ancestors, which strengthened spirit, soul and body. First, we will get acquainted with the place itself — a place of power, the magical clearing of the ancient Chuvash. Then, with the help of natural elements and wellness practices, we will free ourselves from obsessive thoughts and emotional pain, from the negativity accumulated during the working week. We will be supported by: living water, lye, herbs, clay and healing mud; ladka (massage) with warm grain and honey; healing herbal infusions with homemade eco-sweets. Thanks to natural components, we will feel rejuvenated, slimmer, healthier, joyful and full of energy. Most importantly, we will learn how to build and maintain our own health.
