Participants learn the basics of eco-living, discover how an eco-village operates, and how it functions without chemicals, shampoos, or artificial fertilizers.
They walk the ecological route “Izhek’s Trail,” see two springs of “living” and “dead” water, visit the swallow town, gather a green herbal kit, meet an ornithologist who teaches how to hear and distinguish birds, and attend a photo exhibition of local birdlife.
They take a walking tour to the magical meadow “Yankar Usa,” collect Ivan tea for preparing healing tea, and bring home an immune-supporting tea gift for their parents.
They go on the hiking route “Ulyp Tapri,” collect a herbarium of medicinal plants and trees, learn to cook food from wild plants, set up a nature camp, and study the basics of orienteering.
Every morning begins with the “Zdrava” exercise routine. Participants practice breathing techniques, stretching, running, pouring cold well water, and washing with morning dew. Every evening features tea gatherings by the campfire with a guest speaker and meetings with interesting people.
